SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE: Dormitory Regulations and Maintenance

Dear Residents,

Please be informed that renovation and maintenance work, including electrical circuit upgrades, will be carried out in the dormitories during the vacation period.

Maintenance Schedule:
Daily from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
During these hours, there may be noise and dust. We recommend that residents study in the classrooms or library during this time.

Access for Maintenance:
To allow maintenance staff to enter your room when necessary, please provide a spare key to the Hostel Manager. If you fail to do so, your lock will be replaced, and a fee of 10 RMB will be charged for the new lock.

Room Preparation:
Please keep your room tidy and ensure that all valuables and personal items are securely locked in suitcases or cabinets.

Electrical Safety Notice:
Any use of electrical appliances rated above 500W will trigger an automatic power cut. Restoring electricity will require a formal request. Therefore, please refrain from using high-wattage appliances in the dormitory at all times.

General Rules Reminder:
All dormitory rules remain in effect. Please remember:

• No cooking

• No smoking

• No bullying

• No horseplay

Personal Belongings:
Please take good care of your belongings. Do not leave personal items scattered around the room.
